This office is very unprofessional . they are a middle man between you a progressive. I called to ask for the number to my insurance company and the man who answered the phone proceeded to yell at me and tell me they were closed this isn't his job he does not handle the insurances. I work at a dealership so and explained that people buy cars until 9pm at night so there has to be a way for him to either provide me the phone number of my insurance carrier or just send me the form to cancel the insurance. He's telling me I need to come in. Why would I stop the process of buying a car just to go handle insurance when we have phone and internet in 2015. I would not recommend their tax service or insurance to anyone. NO STARS!
