I had my second visit with Dina today. I am gaining so much knowledge on how the body works. One of the reason for this is Dina takes all the time with her client, explains and responds to questions every step of the way. I have tried every possible way to lose weight and keep it off. With her expertise and encouragement there is no doubt I'm on the right track.
