I have had extensive training with adolescents, families, domestic violence issues, as well as anger management issues. I have also worked with anxiety, grief/loss, young children, substance abuse, parenting issues, sexual abuse, and conjoint work with children and parents.
I have a love and a passion for both adolescents and family work. I have been able to be trained in more intensive family work where my focus was on reconnecting and restoring relationships with both parents and their children, and also among siblings.
I provide counseling and therapy services to the greater Los Angeles Area including Montrose, Glendale, Pasadena, La Crescenta, La Canada, South Pasadena, San Gabriel Valley, Burbank, San Fernando Valley, and surrounding areas.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern IMF71901, supervised by Kay Simmeth, LMFT, MFC 34863, working in the La Canada area. I believe that we are each a work in progress. There are seasons that come and go with ease, and seasons that require more of us, whether in emotional, physical or spiritual ways. I believe therapy provides a platform where we can slow down and become more reflective of who we are, who we want to be, and how we want to get there.
