As a Professional Chef, I incorporate cooking lessons and food tastings in my sessions to show people how to prepare fast and delicious food, and how to become a smart food shopper and meal planner. I motivate and support clients to determine and maintain new diet and lifestyle habits. Together we create their own recipe for a healthy life.
