John Paglia, MD
A graduate of Georgetown Medical School, Dr. Paglia completed one year of General Surgical Training and four years of Orthopedic Surgical Training at the New Jersey Medical School and State Trauma Hospital. He served as Chief Resident in Orthopedic Surgery at the University. Dr. Paglia is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery, on active staff at PMC, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery.

With two offices, conveniently located near the Pennsylvania New Jersey border and Interstate 80, Mountain Valley Orthopedics offers a variety of orthopedic services. These include diagnosing and treating disorders affecting the bones, joints, muscles, and nerves, as well as their supporting structures.
To assist our physicians in diagnosing the patient's condition, our East Stroudsburg office has an Extremity MRI unit, plus a Physical Therapy Department that is also available to facilitate treatment and rehabilitation. With all of our doctors and staff being Board certified in their areas of practice, our patients can rest assured that they will receive the best of care from our experienced and compassionate providers.
Our physician specializing in sports medicine focuses on the unique needs of the athlete. Dr. Maurizio Cibischino received his fellowship in Orthopedic Sports Medicine at Kentucky Sports Medicine in Lexington, Kentucky. He presently serves as team doctor for the East Stroudsburg University "Warrior" Football and all athletics.
We also have a fellowship trained Orthopedic Spine Specialist Dr. Allister R. Williams who specializes in operative and non-operative spine treatments. Dr. Williams is currently on active staff and is the head of the spine surgery service at Pocono Health Systems
Along with Sports Medicine and Spine Specialists, Mountain Valley Orthopedics recently welcomed Dr. Patrick R. McDonald. A Foot and Ankle Specialists. Dr. McDonald performs a wide range of treatments and procedures ranging from, Fracture Care, Total Ankle Replacement, Arthroscopic Surgery of the Ankle, Flatfoot Correction, Sports Injuries, Diabetic Care, Bunions, Hammertoes, Heel Pain. Dr. McDonald is also Podiatry trained and also specializes in Diabetic care.
