Brooke is a skilled practitioner. I have spent 2 years trying to find a therapist in the greater lansing area that listened to concerns about what I was hoping to accomplish from my sessions. Brooke asks questions, takes a detailed history, and discusses my goals for my session. As both a therapist and an athlete, she has a strong knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and balances the perfect blend of deep tissue work to achieve efficacy/results, but she also gives a great relaxation massage, depending on what my goals are for the session. I prefer her deep tissue work in conjunction with hot stones. I would high recommend her to anyone, particularly athletes, desiring results.
