They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I loved how easy it was to get an appointment with them. They're always able to see my pet right away, but I think that's because no one goes there. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well, and I did with one of the staff members, Jessica. I felt like they were trying to hard to get me to like them and I don't need to have my butt kissed.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
