Dr. David Roth
Dr. David Roth was born in Tennessee. Raised in Tennessee, Alabama & Iowa. He served a mission for the LDS church in the Micronesia Guam Mission. Upon returning, he married his wife Katy (Maynard). David attended Brigham Young University, in Provo, Utah, majoring in business. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (with an emphasis in Information Systems) in 1993. Dr. Roth attended dental school at The University of Iowa College of Dentistry, and received a Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1997. He then attended post doctorate residency in Pediatric Dentistry in Salt Lake City, Utah at Primary Children’s Medical Center. He received his certificate in Pediatric Dentistry in 1999. Dr. Roth is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is also a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Roth is a past member of the Salt Lake District Dental Society Board. He has been a member of the ADA & AAPD since 1997. Dr. Roth has 5 wonderful children, 4 Boys and 1 Girl (Christian, Spencer, Clare, Tanner, & Luke). He enjoys spending spare time with his family, running, and triathlons, having completed several marathons and Ironman triathlons. He is a general aviation pilot and enjoys flying. His favorite color is tan.
Dr. Russell Farnsworth
Dr. Russell Farnsworth grew up in Salt Lake City. After serving an LDS mission to central Germany he continued his undergraduate education at the University of Utah. During that time he also studied for a semester at the BYU Center for Near Eastern Studies in Jerusalem, Israel. Dr. Farnsworth graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts degree in German and as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He then pursued his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa, graduating in 2002. He received a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas in 2004. There he gained specialized training in treating children at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital & Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. Dr. Farnsworth is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Utah Dental Association. Dr. Farnsworth and his wife Kimberly are the proud parents of two boys and two girls (JoJo, Callie, Lizzie, William). As a family, they enjoy skiing, traveling, and spending time at the beach. On his own, Dr. Farnsworth enjoys cycling, hiking, and fly-fishing.
