Absolutely heartbroken.

This has been my vet since moving to Colorado. After being a patient for years with multiple pets, the office refused to take responsibility for causing extreme anxiety/heartache for our family by completely misdiagnosing my pet and attempting to swindle us out of even more money. My dog, who is normally friendly and happy, was visibly afraid and uncomfortable with the last vet we saw (who ended up misdiagnosing her). The environment of the office over the years has shifted from loving and welcoming to treating everything as a business transaction. The vets don't stick around long in the office (which also speaks volumes), so you will probably be forced to retell your story to the new hire they seem to constantly have. I will never recommend this place and have been informing others (whom I referred to the business) about our experience, many who have already decided to leave or have left due to the same feelings and experiences.
