Betsy Markle, owner of Sunshine Wellness, is a Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer, and Yoga Instructor. After 10 years of experience in California working with holistic practitioners and a well known endocrinologist, Betsy is now consulting on the east coast at the Jersey Shore.
