They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I really appreciate the extra effort they make to make us feel important and appreciated. They've never used foul language, are courteous, professional and very helpful. They always make an extra effort to be polite and ask questions that pertain to the needs at hand. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly staff who seemed to be waiting for me. I was very impressed.
