Kristen has been working with me as my therapist and pain management advocate for the past 3 years. I was in a bad motorcycle accident in 2019 and had a multitude of surgeries to help walk again. I was referred to Kristen for Medical Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and yoga therapy. This type of therapy has helped me walk again; helped prevent another surgery and has kept me away from opiates.
