I provide counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. Depending on the reason for treatment, I see clients individually, as a family, and in groups. The focus of treatment is individualized and tailored to meet the individual and/or group need(s). Examples of issues addressed include: anger, anxiety, depression, coping, and trauma. I have an interest in treating childhood trauma. I am an eclectic therapist and use many different approaches to meet each individual client's needs.

Jen is AMAZING! I normally don't leave reviews, but I truly can't speak highly enough about her. She has made a close connection with my son and he feels completely comfortable working with her. I stay in the room during his therapy and I feel like she really hears our needs and responds constructively to them. She is so sweet and understanding, always making us feel like she understands our struggles. The therapy offered for his anxiety is eye-opening and proving to be very helpful. I'm so thankful we found her!
