You will gradually integrate sustainable food and lifestyle choices that support the most important person that you know...you! The goal is to get you feeling healthier, looking younger, and increasing your day-to-day energy.
Results, not deprivation. --> If you like restrictive diets, counting calories, and excessive exercise, then I’m probably not the right coach for you. I’m a creative pragmatist who takes a holistic, analytical approach, not one centered on dogma, starvation or deprivation. There is a better, more compassionate, sustainable way.

I got handed a bunch of prescriptions by my doctor in my mid-20s. Yuck! Then, I got fed up. I started to nourish myself in more natural ways. I went back to school. I healed myself.
