This is a addendum to my previous review. I received a response both verbally and on line explaining why my refund was delayed. I have received my refund as promised and will continue to treat at this facility. Also the office staff were kind and courteous other than when dealing with my refund.

They never mention Dr Bernstein,talk guy wears now tie,hardlyspoke to me , had me so messed up on, drugs ,i had to give notice. At work because I could hardly hold an instrument (dental tech) he would not give me work slip,was rude when I spoke to him on the phone,i fired him,and had them reimburse the money they make you pay if you. Should miss an appointment . Horrible experience
