DR. Pierre Dalumpines is a great doctor. He listens to you and most of helps you. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
This office has been going through a systems change and their professionalism has suffered greatly for it. I came in, waited in line for nearly twenty minutes before being seen, and then my doctor spent maybe five minutes with me. I was even told by the nurse that they were "too busy" to address all of my concerns today. I was pretty upset; it's a doctor's office! How can one tell a patient that they can't listen to their health queries? Well, I had an X-Ray on my hand and two days later, they call to tell me I have an angulation. They didn't even tell me what that was. I had to Google it. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this facility. I am appalled that I spend SO much for insurance only to be treated like a second rate patient. Keep in mind, this isn't a direct reflection on Dr. Dalumpines himself; he's a nice doctor. But this facility is terrible.
