I always feel much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the friendly and welcoming. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've been seeing Dr Kozlowski since 1986.

The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments.
