I was very disappointed with my experience at this office. First of all they are not in the office very often and when you call you usually get an answering machine and you don't know if or when anyone will call you back. Secondly, I felt like a number on a chart. Dr. Huelskamp spent less than 5 minutes with me ($31). I also tried the allergy testing, which lasted maybe 10 minutes ($50). When I had problems withe supplements he recommended, I was told to make an appointment, but I was not available the day they wanted me to come in. I asked if he could call me back, but he never did.

When I asked how often I should come for adjustments I was told, "I don't know, I haven't seen you enough yet." I asked, "should I come back next week?" He said, "sure, if you want." Other than to say hello, he didn't speak to me and seemed bothered when I tried to tell him why I was there that day.

I seriously felt like he didn't want me for a patient. Like I was a huge bother to him. I was really disappointed because I do think he knows what he's doing and could have helped me.

Very bad experience.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of.
