My experience as a patient was close to 15 years ago, but I will never forget it: I came in without any referral or appt. as an emergency pt. without even having called ahead and without any insurance. My history, exam, etc. as well as an immediate treatment and another treatment later in the afternoon (because my condition was so severe and acute) as well as arrangements for affordable payments were made all on the same day. I was evaluated and treated by Dr. Joseph Herbert whose professionalism, manner, and best of all whose practical expertise healed my body within a few weeks! The office never had long waits and every member of staff was courteous, caring and efficient. I would rate this doctor and Medina Family Chiropractic Center A+.

Dr. Kendel is the best!! He is top notch in his field. I would not go to another chiropractor unless he personally recommended one. Each time I have sought him for pain, or adjust I have left his office better. The length of time he has practiced along with the number of patients he sees has given him skill and knowledge far exceeding any other. His bedside manner and overall demeanor are calming and professional. Seek him first before going anywhere else!
