I purchased a Groupon for six acupuncture treatments.
I had to wait each time 40-50 mins. Then another waiting in different rooms.
Of course he suggested to make chiropractic adjustment of my back as well. And seriously, this was the worst I ever got. After the 1 hour waiting, I got less than 5 minute adjustment. "Big" surprise, I did not feel any difference at all.
Acupuncture was badly done. Very painful with no improvements at all.
After 1 month they send me 500$ bill.When I call they said they did not send the papers to my insurance and I should just ignore the bill. Then why are they sending it ???
After a few weeks I call again and they told me my balance was 0. And after 5 months I received another bill 60$. Asking me for a copay.
Horrible , horrible, bad manage place. DO NOT LOOSE YOUR TIME HERE!!!
All this negative reviews are very very true!
