I went in to Dr. Nieder's office after a bad fall injured my back. It had gotten to the point where I could not sleep, and any movement hurt so bad, I wanted to break down and cry. I have seen Dr. Nieder 6 times in the past month, and my back is completely better. Even after the first visit, it was greatly improved. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nieder to someone with a back injury.

Ihave had chronic knee pain for about the last 10 years, progressively getting worse and worse. As my knee pain increased, my activity increased, and my weight also increased! I thought that surgery was my only option. I thought that I may not play with my kids, let alone grand kids one day! I love to hike here in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley and was unable to enjoy that time with my family and dogs in the way that I wanted to. I did not hold out much hope, but some. I expected it to take a few months to see any considerable changes, but after only three weeks, I feel better than I have in 10 years! I hope that the improvements will continue! There is cartilage damage and such than cannot be changed, but Dr. Nieder discovered that old injuries to my ankles was causing my knees to overcompensate for a lack of movement in my ankles and hips. Thru manual manipulation and exercises that he showed me that I can do on my own, I have seen dramatic and unexpected improvement. For the first three weeks, saw Dr. Nieder twice a week. Since there has been so much improvement, we have already moved to only once a week. I trust his knowledge and his ethics.
