Dr. Cairns is a fantastic chiropractor - his staff are friendly & helpful. The office is clean, chairs in the waiting room were specially chosen to support correct posture when you're sitting and were really comfortable. I appreciated that Dr. Cairns took x-rays before treating me. I love his table that he uses for adjustments which drops from under the area he is adjusting and meant he didn't have to contort my body into strange positions to do his adjustments which was something I always felt uncomfortable with when I had seen other chiropractors. I went to him with a herniated disc and could hardly walk. That was over 20 years ago. With his treatments I healed and needed to see him less & less and continued my very physical job that involved continuous lifting of 25-55 lb boxes. I haven't had to see a chiropractor now for 12 years and I credit Dr. Cairns care for my spinal health. My brother recently had back problems as well and was being told to consider surgery. I sent him to Dr. Cairns a little over a year ago and he is off pain medication and feeling really good. Cannot recommend Dr. Cairns enough!

They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care.
