I KNOW YOU TAKE UNITED HEALTH CARE BUT NOT THE EMPIRE PLAN. .I REALLY WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOUR OFFICE WOULD CONTACT UNITED HEALTH CARE AND SIGN ON WITH THE EMPIRE PLAN PORTION.
