I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I love this doctor! He is knowledgeable and extremely patient. He takes the time to make sure you are relaxed and comfortable. He really listens to your concerns and is has very reasonable fees.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I definitely felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with their nice manner. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment?
Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment
