They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected WAYNE ROSSI, D.C.. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
