Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised.
