He performed a neck manipulation that left me debilated. I don't think that the maneuver he performed was even chiropractic. He said he wanted to try something new. Before I could ask him what he did it.

Waited an extremely long time and was still not seen. My appoitment was 12:30 and at 1:10 the doctor comes out and tells the receptionist that he has 2 more patients before he can even look at me! This would mean I wouldnt be seen until 1:30 at best! I finally had to leave to go back to work very unhappy that I wasted my time. Instead of an apology, I get a message from the doctor that its very important for me to get in there to see my important test results! The nerve! I reversed my credit card charge and never heard from them again. 3 months later, He saw me at the grocery store and then 2 days later I get a letter in the mail threatening to put me into collections! Talk about the worst customer service and unprofessional behavior! I'm a business owner in the area for 20 years and I treat my clients like kings and queens. This guy doesn't deserve to work with people...
