Pilates 360 Plus is a place where the instructors share their love of Pilates and provide quality instruction in Pilates and other complimentary forms of movement, like barre classes and TRX suspension training.
At Pilates 360 Plus they use state of the art, STOTT PILATES equipment, including V2 Max Plus Reformers. They help their clients achieve optimal wellness by developing strength, flexibility, and balance. Pilates is also know for improving circulation and coordination.
The owners, Mandy Bland and Mari Colllins, believe Pilates principles can best be taught in the small group setting. Based upon this belief, Pilates 360 Plus limits their equipment classes to a maximum of four participants.
The Barre classes at Pilates 360 Plus are a combination of ballet and Pilates. The exercises strengthen, tone your body while giving you the long, lean muscles characteristic of a dancer.
TRX suspension training classes are fun and challenging. TRX training builds lean muscle, boosts your metabolism, tightens your core and will increase endurance.
