The staff was very pleasant. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I had to wait since someone had an emergency which was completely understandable. Emergencies should always come first. Dr. Farhi was very kind and knowledgeable. She was the best eye doctor I have ever seen...She told me that the eye doctor I had gone to previously wrote an inaccurate prescription. I do not find that hard to believe since that particular eye doctor makes you wait forever and spends very little time with you.

Dr. Farhi and her staff made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was not rushed through my appointments, and I was not only told about my test results but Dr. Farhi showed me my test results and explained exactly what we were looking at and what it revealed. The staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the visit and satisfied with her findings that I will be seeing her in the future. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and at ease about my eye health.
