Dr. OConnell, M.D. started with the PCRMC Bond Clinic August of 2011. He has received his bachelor of arts from Columbia University in New York, NY in 1982 and went on to receive his medical doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania in 1986. He completed his internship in surgery at the Naval Hospital in San Diego, CA in 1997 and then completed his residency in otolaryngology at SUNY at Buffalo, NY. Dr. OConnell is board-certified in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Otolaryngic Allergy.Dr. OConnell also does plastics, and addresses ageing and comfort issues.
