judy was warm, caring and a real person. She listened to me carefully and addressed all my questions in a soft kind and intelligent way. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average, compared to others I've sat in. I was really comfortable and didn't want to get up. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
