I felt very comfortable with Amy because she is extremely down to earth yet highly knowledgeable. No yoga snobbery, yet no surface knowledge either. Best of both worlds. She is very passionate and dedicated to what she does and will do what she can go help you. Great pricing, several services. When you find something this good, you stick with it. Amy is my yoga teacher for life.

I really liked how convenient their parking was at their studio. I was able to find a spot very quickly. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question I had was answered. I left feeling like a yoga expert after all they had taught me. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
