4EverFit is a 2,300 sq. ft. fully equipped semi-private gym for private personal training and/or private yoga mentoring by appointment. Currently, there are 10 nationally certified independent personal trainers and 2 yoga mentors with a variety of scheduling availability to suit your needs. We offer an non-intimidating environment where private workout spaces are offered in addition to our semi-private gym. We work with clients 1-on-1 or as partners. Drop-in cardio workouts are permitted without appointment at no additional charge. We work with beginners of all ages on a variety of goals such as weight loss, strength training, post rehab restrengthening, and more.

4EverFit specialties include beginning fitness for baby boomers, pre-natal and post-partum fitness training, training for senior citizens, post-rehab restrengthening after injury as well as sports specific training for golf, tennis and other sports. Trainers and yoga instructors are expienced in working with clients of all ages and abilities including individuals with chronic illness such as fibromyalgia, lupus and multiple sclerosis. We offer training for cancer patients by a certified cancer exercise specialist.

We help people lose weight through lifestyle adaptation which includes nutritional counselling, strength training and cardiovascular exercise coaching. Saying "no" to diets and "hello" to the lifestyle ensures the weight will stay off!
