My six year old cat almost died from the treatment given by Dr. Hafez and his assistant. On my first visit for her annual vaccinations he listened to her chest and told me she was very congested. He immediately gave her a steroid shot, a penicillin shot, and antibiotics to give her orally at home. Two weeks later after bring her back for a check up, he said her chest was clear as a bell but I must continue to give her antibiotics orally and he upped the dose to twice a day. A month later she was sneezing, coughing, and throwing up. I brought her back to Dr. Hafeez. This time he said she had allergies. He gave her another steroid shot and antibiotics to give her at home. After giving her the first dose of antibiotics, she threw up. She also totally stopped eating. I had to syringe feed her wet canned food mixed with chicken broth and also gave her by syringe Pedialyte mixed with Lysine. It took her a month to fully recover from her symptoms. I also gave her homeopathic Respo K from nativeremedies.com which I ordered online. This worked wonders for her. Why couldn't Dr. Hafez give me this advice? Instead I paid close to $400 for her only to become very very sick. This doctor is not knowledgeable. He did not take blood tests or x-ray her chest. I will never take my cat to him again!

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment. I can always count on this veterinarian to be there for me, whether it is to answer a late night phone call or come in for an after-hour emergency. Their dedication to their clients is unparalled to any other vet I've been to. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice.
