They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor dog poop. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They were very rude and they have animals (dogs) in thier offices.
