I had a good over all service. However, i was not allowed to keep my tooth! I was really pissed off when i found: http://www.ada.org/sections/professionalResources/pdfs/cdc_handling_extracted.pdf. This makes me angry!!! It was my tooth almost 50 yrs!!!! She gave me some bullsh&* about OSHA!
