We believe in integrative care: patient-centered care that focuses on healing the whole person and educating people to be active participants in their own care. Monica specializes in Therapeutic, Medical Massage & Anti-Aging Facials Therapeutic massage consists of a customized session combining elements from Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports and Reflexology modalities to target specific conditions such as Migraines, Low-Back Pain, Anxiety, Depression, and Fatigue. Medical Massage consists of very muscle-specific work that helps initiate the healing process after injury. Medical massage requires a prescription from a doctor including a diagnosis and frequency of treatments. Treatments are between 15-60 minutes depending on the different regions affected by an injury.
