Went got shot in my foot for plantar fasciitis. While they're the staff told me that I was able to get my insurance to cover insoles for my feet. About 2 days later I let them know that the shot in my foot had not stopped the pain as I was advised by the doctor. They told me the insoles would really be helpful. And about a week later I took a whole day off of work and went and got my feet plastered and sized and they said in 2 weeks you'll get your insoles I stopped at the front desk before leaving and check to see if anything was owed or what would I needed to do rest assured they said in two weeks! Too much later I call and they tell me they're not in yet, call again the next week same thing, try to get a hold of him a few more times they're closed they're not open during different place whether it's Bentonville or Grove, call again they say oh we're rebuilding your insurance they didn't pay for it, go in person they tell me all your insurance won't take it we're trying again! Come to find out they told my insurance I was diabetic which I'm not so of course they're not this fraud so they're not going to pay for it. They haven't told me that but my insurance company did here it is four and a half months later and I still haven't even gotten one pair of insoles. Not to mention they never once called I always had to call them this place sucks
