I had been seeing Suzanne for several months due to issues with anxiety. I was about to go on an international flight, and I wanted to work directly on my fear of flying, which was starting to occupy all of my waking thoughts in anticipation for a trip. Suzanne suggested hypnotherapy. Before we went directly into hypnotherapy, Suzanne and I talked at length about what my specific needs were around this particular fear. We did two long and detailed hypnotherapy sessions. Suzanne seemed to have an almost intuitive ability to use hypnotherapy to both practically alleviate these fears, and reveal deep layers of the fear of control beneath them. I felt very comfortable and safe in both sessions, and left feeling something I never thought I'd feel... not just excited about the trip, but the flight! Months later, I'm still seeing Suzanne, and when I see an airplane in the sky, I feel excited and think forward, rather than shuddering and resigning myself to a land-locked life. I would highly recommend her hypnotherapy sessions if you are experiencing a fear that just won't shake.
