25 years counseling experience in the Boise area. I Specialize in substance abuse and related family issues, including codependency and adult children of alcoholics survival characteristics. Trauma and PTSD experience came through the Vet Center, a mental health facility dedicated to combat veteransand the whole range of troubles they experience. Anxiety, depression, compulsive disorders, dual diagnoses, low self esteem, and the full range of mental health and emotional disorders. I value the strengths already present in an individuals emotional makeup and strive to expand on these as well as introduce new coping skills.
