I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
