Fully equipped and fully certified in all the work of Joseph Pilates. Certified by Romana Kryzanowska, the premiere instructor that Joseph Pilates passed his studio to when he retired.
Colleen Wenrich, RN has been training people in fitness and wellness since 1981.
Karen Westhelle, also certified by Romana, pursued a career in Pilates after her career in dance.
