The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. While everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out that way though they overlooked the issue of nerve damage to the nerve that gnerates erections. In addition, while I was now cancer free as promised, I ended having to still have a prostate resection as the cancer treatment did not relieve all the symtoms. I have never had to spend any real amount of time in their waiting room so I've never had a chance to really examine their magazine collection. While those few I've have seen were old and boring, since I never got a chance to look at them, who cares. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about Dr. Naydich's procedures. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones the doctor needs to answer. Whenever I call, they always get back to me. I've never had to wait more than a couple of days. I've heard of some radiologists taking personal phone calls during appointments, but Dr. Naydich has never done that. His full attention is always completely on me.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
