The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.
