I am very particular with who attends to my medical needs and I do lots of research (not just online) prior to making an appointment with doctors.
My daughter and I totally trust Dr.Rullan to attend to our skin issues. The wait is about 5 minutes and 10-15 minutes on a delayed day. I have sun related issues for which I see him several times a year. Dr. Rullan himself is a sincere, pleasant, caring, cheerful doctor with a gentle chair-side manner, He is dedicated to his passion for his work. He doesn't rush through a visit, always listens to concerns ensuring you fully understand, is thorough, informative, has high standards, ensures your issue is completely healed and he is totally satisfied before he releases you from treatment. He has high standards for his work and accepts nothing less of himself.
His staff pleasantly greet you upon arrival and that demeanor continues in all areas until one leaves his office. I am truly satisfied with Dr.Rullan and definitely recommend him. It's always a pleasant place to visit regardless why you are there.

I enjoy going to Dr. Rullan because he always makes me look my best. I am at the age where I need a lot of help with botox, filler and treatments for sun damage. Dr. Rullan does everything in a very artistic way, and I love the beautiful results. My face never appears frozen or over inflated. My sun damage has been greatly diminished, leaving my skin much smoother and more attractive. He and his entire staff are utterly charming and they make the experience a pleasure.
