I was given this office as a referral. Tried to make an appointment the Friday before Labor Day weekend. Got the answering service. Left another message on Saturday. No one ever got back to me. About a week and a half later I received a message on my answering machine - you have a 2:30 appointment tommorow, hang up. Did not identify who was calling or whom the appointment was with. A few days later I received a call from the same person - this time I was able to answer the phone. They told me I had an appointment tomorrow, I asked with whom? And they told me Diane Zimmerman. I said I was astounded that I'd have an appointment when no one had ever contacted me. Not missing a beat, the person on the phone said so... do you want to reschedule it or cancel? I cancelled. Heaven forbid that I would have needed some serious help from this office. Find someone else to work with.
