I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. All of my questions were answered completely thoroughly. I felt like I definitely learned a lot. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
