I LOVE Sally! I could not have lucked out more with a more compassionate, friendly, and professional person/therapist. I am moving across country and that is the only reason why I have stopped with her. I experienced a very scary and traumatic panic attack while driving that brought me to Sally. With her I learned I have always had anxiety and depression throughout life and it was time to face it. Sally was right there with me the whole way. I saw her weekly and found myself becoming very excited to know I was seeing her in just a few hours. I have recommended her to my family and friends - I wouldn't do that unless I knew she was the perfect one to discuss any issue with.

I have grown through CBT learning new techniques such as breathing exercises, and life changes such as meditation, exercise, and a good diet helped me through the roughest year of my life. I have gathered the confidence and respect for myself working with her. I have nothing but glowing reviews for her. By far the best.
