Receptionist is rude, to be nice about it. The counselor, I saw several times, was somewhat arrogant, talked alot about herself and other clients and didn't really have anything to say or offer that I couldn't come up with myself. Sometimes she was so nice it felt fake and when I disagreed with her she was very insulted and would in one way or another insult me.
