Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary.
